This programme is only avaiable to receptionists wishing to update their Advanced Award qualification to the BTEC Advanced Diploma, by adding additional study and providing evidence of their CPD since achieving their original award.
Students will be required to complete a portfolio including a mapping process , details of their CPD and additional course work
