Level 3 - DRC Introductory Award in Dental Reception

The Dental Resource Company offers an Introductory Award in Dental Reception to enable receptionists take the first steps into formal studies leading to professional qualifications.

About the Qualification

This one-month home learning programme aims to overcome barriers such as the feeling overwhelmed at enrolling on to a lengthy programme of study, when you have not studied formally since leaving school.

The programme can be taken as either a stand-alone first qualification, or because the introductory programme covers the first learning outcome of the BTEC Advanced Diploma in Dental Reception, having achieved the this introductory course, you can use this work directly toward the full BTEC qualification.

Each student is allocated a tutor who will tailor the course content to your learning needs. New receptionists gain insight and confidence, whereas experienced  receptionists who want to gain formal qualifications will find the programme’s content will formalise their skills and stimulate job satisfaction.

Course Fees

£100.00 ex. VAT £117.50 inc. VAT £30 of this course fee is transferable to the BTEC Advanced Diploma in Dental Reception upon completion of this introductory course. * VAT is charged at 17.5%. VAT was increased back to 17.5% on 1st Jan 2010
