CPD Courses

From August 2008 all DCPs, as a condition of compulsory GDC registration must complete 150 hours of continuous professional development every 5 years.

This CPD package has been designed to enable DCPs to cover 48 hours of verifiable CPD in GDC recommended subjects.

DRC - CPD for Dental Nurses - Radiation and Radiological Protection

This core CPD programme for dental nurses has been designed to refresh the knowledge of dental nurses holding an approved dental nurse radiographer qualification, or to introduce principles for the safe and effective use of x-radiation for dental diagnosis to dental nurses who do not hold such qualifications. more information... DRC- CPD Courses for Dental Nurses Full Package

This verifiable CPD package for DCPs includes 6 individual courses, two of which are Core subjects; and is available to practices or individual DCPs . Practices can enroll up to 10 DCPs. Enrolled students will have on-line access to the course materials .
